About Me – Dominic Vega

My name is Dominic Vega, and I shouldn't be here today. But I am—and I'm here for a reason.

For years, I was at war with myself. I faced the crushing weight of complex PTSD, the daily grip of depression and anxiety, and the chaotic noise of ADHD. I felt broken. Misunderstood. Lost. The world seemed too loud, too fast, and far too dark.

I attempted to end my life—twice. I didn't want to die... I just wanted the pain to stop. But even in my darkest moments, there was a whisper, a tiny ember inside me, refusing to be extinguished. That whisper became a roar the day I chose to live—and not just survive, but truly live.

My healing journey was messy, raw, and far from linear. It took therapy, inner work, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and most of all—radical self-compassion. I began to see my story not as a tragedy, but as the foundation of something powerful. I realized I wasn't alone, and that others needed what I had found: real, human guidance from someone who's been there.
